With the appearance of the machines, being as regular as a clockwork in a linear constraint, nature had to leave a more and more important space to these sharpened metallic arms, armed for the combat against the agricultural improductivity. Far behind the martyring ideas of its economy, men were now finding themselves facing the erosion of their spirit while nature, of submissive appearances, was observing in a long-term wisdom the last chances of future of its torturer dying slowly.

From inside cultures, people and countries, Léon wants to reflect the world as it is. With and without lines, Léon tries not to lie about what he sees and lets know what people express, and what landscapes tell.
