Guîtres - At the public library (Gironde), France

The freedom of choice had become an aberration, confined within the measured destiny of artificial dilemma whose controlled consequences couldn’t freighten anybody anymore. One was now chosing the least worst of the options, voluntarily blinding himself with the finiteness of this world in order to see its light. We were in the shadow of our time, standing here watching the sunrays heat up the free men that we yet weren’t.

From inside cultures, people and countries, Léon wants to reflect the world as it is. With and without lines, Léon tries not to lie about what he sees and lets know what people express, and what landscapes tell.
